Polish the Construction
Law defines the rules to have independent technical functions in
the construction process. In Poland, for example, to be a
project manager or supervisor, it is mandatory to have a few
requirements imposed by Polish law. These are:
· to have a
permission construction in the specialties, which today can be
obtained by documenting training completed and accepted in the
local Chamber of Civil Engineers and then realizing a few exams
before the committee of the Chamber of Civil Engineers.
·
to be a member of the
Chamber of Civil Engineers, is related with the payment of
membership fees.
·
to have a current
personal liability insurance as part of their function in the
construction industry.
According to the
Construction Law, the engineer can take the exam for the
construction license in the following branches:

roads;

bridge;
·
rail;
·
demolition;
·
telecommunications;
·
thermal installations,
ventilation, gas, water and sewage;
·
electrical installations
and equipment;
·
